Due to increasing client demand and ongoing transformation activities, we are strengthening our business analysis capability to support requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement and operational improvement initiatives.

Role Brief

The IT Business Analyst will support business and technology teams in understanding operational requirements, analysing processes and assisting with documentation and solution alignment activities.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements

• Supporting workshops, stakeholder discussions and analysis sessions

• Producing process flows, gap analysis and functional documentation

• Assisting delivery and testing teams during implementation phases

• Supporting reporting, governance and change activities

• Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and client stakeholders

 

Expected Skills & Experience

• Experience in business analysis or requirements gathering

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Understanding of business processes and IT delivery environments

• Ability to work with remote and cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments is beneficial

• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or similar platforms is desirable
