As part of our continued growth and increasing client engagement activities, we are expanding our project coordination and governance capability to support multiple concurrent technology and business transformation initiatives.

Role Brief

The IT Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, governance and delivery oversight of technology-related projects across internal teams, consortium partners and client stakeholders.
 

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinating project activities and delivery schedules

  • Managing stakeholder communication and reporting

  • Supporting project governance, documentation and risk tracking

  • Monitoring milestones, dependencies and operational progress

  • Working with distributed and remote teams across multiple locations

  • Supporting delivery continuity and escalation management

 

Expected Skills & Experience

  • Experience in IT project coordination or project management

  • Understanding of software delivery lifecycle and governance

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work within remote and distributed team structures

  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches

  • Experience using project tracking and collaboration tools is desirable
