Why This Role Exists

As client delivery and testing activities continue to expand, we are increasing our quality assurance capability to support structured testing, operational assurance and delivery governance activities.
 

Role Brief

The Quality Assurance Specialist will support quality assurance and testing activities across various client and internal technology initiatives.
 

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting functional, integration, regression or user acceptance testing activities

  • Assisting with test planning, execution and defect management

  • Preparing test documentation and reporting artefacts

  • Supporting quality reviews and assurance processes

  • Coordinating with project, business and technical teams

  • Contributing to continuous improvement and delivery quality initiatives

 

Expected Skills & Experience

  • Experience in software testing or quality assurance activities

  • Understanding of software development and testing lifecycles

  • Strong attention to detail and reporting skills

  • Ability to work within distributed and remote delivery environments

  • Familiarity with defect management and test management tools is desirable

  • Exposure to Agile delivery models and automation concepts is beneficial

 

Working Culture
